About Richardson

Jennifer joined Danvers Family Doctors in 2008. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in various hospitals in Boston including BMC, NE Medical & Children’s. Previous to DFD, she spent the majority of her time at the North End Community health center in addition to 10 years in a busy Emergency Department at Mass General Hospital.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Nursing from Northeastern University and completed her Masters of Nursing at Boston College in 2005.

During her time at Northeastern University, she played Division One Field Hockey and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2008. She continues her love of field hockey coaching for Seacoast United Essex Club and Pingree High School. She resides in Boxford with her husband and three active children.

Jen believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. Focusing on the whole person allows a delivery of care that not only identifies and treats disease but also the impact of their lifestyle choices on their health. She is committed to the health and well-being of her patients and empowering them to participate in their care.
